የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን (ኢሰመኮ) ከጥር 1 እስከ መጋቢት 30 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም. ባለው ጊዜ በሰብአዊ መብቶች እና በሽግግር ፍትሕ፣ በሕፃናት፣ በታራሚዎች፣ በአረጋውያን እና በሀገር ውስጥ ተፈናቃዮች መብቶች ላይ ያተኮሩ ስልጠናዎችን በተለያዩ ከተሞች ሰጥቷል።
በሰብአዊ መብቶች እና በሽግግር ፍትሕ ዙሪያ የወጣቶችን ሚና ለማሳደግ ያለሙ ስልጠናዎች ከተለያዩ ወጣት ማኅበራት ለተውጣጡ 63 አመራሮች እና አባላት ከየካቲት 10 እስከ 14 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም. በአርባምንጭ ከተማ እና ከመጋቢት 15 እስከ 19 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም. በሶዶ ከተማ ተሰጥቷል። በተመሳሳይ የማሕበረሰብ እና የሃይማኖት መሪዎችን ትኩረት ያደረጉ በድምሩ 64 ተሳታፊዎች የተሳተፉባቸው ስልጠናዎች ከየካቲት 4 እስከ 6 ቀን 2017 በጅማ እና ቢሾፍቱ ከተሞች ተከናውነዋል። በስልጠናዎቹ ስለ ሽግግር ፍትሕ ጽንሰ ሐሳብ፣ የሌሎች ሀገራት የሽግግር ፍትሕ ተሞክሮዎች እና በሂደቱ ታሳቢ ሊደረጉ የሚገቡ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ጉዳዮች የቀረቡ ሲሆን ክህሎትን የሚያሳድጉ ተግባራዊ ልምምዶች ተካተዋል።
በሰብአዊ መብቶች እና በሽግግር ፍትሕ ዙሪያ ከአዲስ አበባ ከተማ እና ከኦሮሚያ ክልል ለተውጣጡ የሲቪል ማኅበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ሠራተኞች እና የሥራ ኃላፊዎች በአዳማ ከተማ ከመጋቢት 1 እስከ 5 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም. የአሰልጣኞች ስልጠና ተሰጥቷል።
