I hate doing posts like this but I want to remind that originality is key in suit making. As suit makers we should dedicate significant time to developing our individual styles and unique features. So, please, don't copy others designs or style. While anyone can certainly make a 'toony' suit, the goal should be to infuse it with your own distinguishable elements.

It's totally normal to be influenced by the things we love — that's how creativity often works! But there's a big difference between being inspired and copying someone else’s work or specific design choices without permission.

In the past, I noticed that my work was starting to look a bit like another maker’s style. I took a step back and did my best to change direction.
My style keeps evolving every day, and whenever I feel like creating something "in the style of" someone else, I prefer to reach out and ask them first.

Please be mindful and respectful of the work others put into their art. Everyone deserves to feel that their ideas are safe and valued. 💛
