💪 How to Find Personal Power? 💡

One wise person knew about money and happiness because he had both. During the financial crisis when he went broke, he was asked, "What's it like to be poor?" To which he replied, "I'm not poor, I'm without money. Poverty is a state of mind, and I'll never be poor."

Think Rich
He was right: wealth and poverty are states of the soul. Some people, without money, feel rich, while the wealthy feel poor. If you're poor in spirit, thinking small is much more dangerous than being broke. Focus on wealth, remembering that money comes and goes, but you are inherently valuable. Think rich: boost your self-esteem, remind yourself how precious your personality is. That's real wealth.

Let Go of Control
We believe money gives power, feel that control over people and situations gives us authority. The more control, the better. Of course, it's essential to manage daily affairs, but problems arise when we try to control more than necessary. We expend energy trying to grasp the ungraspable.

Make Yourself Happy
Personal power is both innate and a reality. We waste it when we focus on others' opinions. To reclaim it, remember it's your life. You don't have the power to make others happy, but you have enough power to make yourself happy. 😊

💖 The Content of the Soul 💖

Once, a few people deliberately loudly criticized a person as he walked through their neighborhood. He heard everything but responded with a smile and wished them well.
Someone asked him:

You smiled and wished those people well, didn't you feel angry with them?
To which the man replied:

When I come to the market, I can only spend what I have in my wallet. Similarly, when interacting with people, I can only spend what my soul is filled with... 😊🌟

Emotional Resilience: Ways to Navigate Tough Times. 💪

Embrace Flexibility
Often, it's hard to go with the flow. Stubbornness, ego, principles, expectations, and habits make us resist change. But when the home you planned to grow old in is destroyed by fire, or the company you poured your heart into no longer needs you, or love finds happiness elsewhere, the question arises: what next?
In such circumstances, there's nothing left but to accept the situation and acknowledge that it has changed. You don't control the world, you only control yourself. The only way out is to change your attitude, shift your thoughts, come up with new dreams, and show flexibility.

Learn to Embrace Discomfort
In precarious situations, most people feel discomfort, anxiety, and uncertainty. It's normal and a good opportunity to learn self-acceptance and acceptance of circumstances. Quiet the inner voices of fear, guilt, or outrage; resist the urge to escalate drama and panic. Assess the situation calmly and acknowledge that sometimes it's okay to feel uncomfortable. You'll become more resilient by using this time to practice self-acceptance despite the discomfort you feel.

Step Back for a Broader Perspective
Expand your viewpoint, review the past, and envision possible futures. From this perspective, imagine how the plans and intentions you have can unfold in the future. Fantasize until you find an option with potential. Try to implement it. If it doesn't align with your goals, don't hesitate to try another approach. By changing your perspective, you can see the situation anew and explore new solutions. 🌟🔍

🌌 Projection 🌌

Once, in the twilight, a peasant sat on the doorstep of his humble house, enjoying the coolness. Nearby was a road leading to the village. Along it walked a man who, upon seeing the old man, thought: "This person is lazy, he doesn't work and spends the whole day sitting on his doorstep."

After a while, another traveler appeared. He thought: "This person is a Don Juan. He sits here to gaze at passing girls and perhaps bothers them."

Finally, a woodsman walking to the village thought: "This person is a great worker. He has worked hard all day and is now enjoying a well-deserved rest."

... In reality, we cannot know much about the peasant sitting on his doorstep. On the contrary, we can say a lot about the three travelers who passed through the village: the first was lazy, the second was a womanizer, and the third was a great worker.

Everything you say speaks about you; especially when you talk about someone else.

Projection is a defense mechanism where a person attributes something from their own inner world to the external world. 🔍

💤 How to Wake Up Refreshed. 😊

Don't Eat Before Bed
It's not just about risking your figure. A full stomach is an extra burden on the body, which can disrupt sleep. At night, the hormone melatonin is produced, responsible for regulating daily rhythms and healthy sleep, but the digestive system's activity disrupts its production. Eat no later than two hours before bedtime. The lighter the meal, the better the sleep.

Take an Evening Stroll
An evening walk in a quiet place has a beneficial effect on health and sleep. Fresh air activates oxygen exchange, and the body prepares for sleep. Contemplating nature, leisurely walking immerses you in a state of peace and tranquility. The walk shouldn't be long or tiring.

Choose Your Outfit in Advance
Plan your outfit so you don't have to spend time trying on clothes and searching for accessories in the morning; it saves time and nerves.

Stick to a Schedule
It's best to go to bed at the same time every night. Your routine affects your biological clock and helps your body function. A healthy adult should sleep for at least 6 hours.

Clear Your Bedroom of Extra Items
Make sure the clock ticks quietly, and the display of electronic devices doesn't shine in your eyes; it disrupts falling asleep, can interrupt sleep, and cause irritation.

🧠 Mindset 🧠

There was an old woman who cried all the time. Her elder daughter married an umbrella merchant, and the younger one married a noodle seller.

When the old woman saw that the weather was nice and the day would be sunny, she cried and thought, "Horrible! The weather is so good, but no one will buy an umbrella from my daughter's shop! What to do?"

If the weather was bad and it was raining, she cried again, this time because of her younger daughter: "If the noodles don't dry in the sun, my younger daughter won't be able to sell them. What should I do?"

And so she mourned every day, regardless of the weather: either because of her elder daughter or because of her younger one. One day she met a monk who felt sorry for the old woman and asked her why she cried so bitterly. The woman poured out all her sorrows to him, but the monk just smiled and said:

— Change your mindset, you can't change the weather anyway: when the sun shines, don't think about umbrellas for your elder daughter, but think about the noodles for the younger one: "The sun is shining! The noodles will dry well for my younger daughter, and the business will be successful." When it rains, think about umbrellas for your elder daughter: "Here comes the rain! The umbrellas at my daughter's shop will surely sell well."

The old woman was very happy with the advice, thanked the monk, and began to act according to his recommendation. Since then, she no longer cried, but rejoiced for her daughters all the time, which added joy to her life and to her daughters', who could not console their poor mother.

Moral: The truth is as old as the world - if you can't change the circumstances, change your attitude towards them. Just look at things differently, and life will flow in a different direction. 🌤️🌧️

🌟 What Sport Will Help You Deal With Emotions? 🌟

😢 Sadness
👉 What you need: Movement and interaction. When you're sad, you often don't feel like doing either, wanting instead to retreat within. It's not about suddenly jumping up and getting energized; instead, try finding something that will help you ease into movement.
🏐 Sport to choose: Volleyball, especially beach volleyball with two players on each team. With the ball constantly in the air, there's little time for overthinking or dwelling. The two-player format makes it easier to communicate. If volleyball doesn't work out, jump rope with your kids or try out a Zumba dance fitness program.

😡 Anger
👉 What you need: Activities without aggression and with fewer participants, paired with breathing techniques. Outbursts of anger often disrupt your breathing rhythm, so learning to handle this is key.
🥋 Sport to choose: Eastern martial arts like Aikido. These practices help tame anger by emphasizing empathy and acceptance. The idea isn't to defeat an attacker but to deflect the attack.

😨 Fear
👉 What you need: Sports that reinforce your sense of safety, helping you build courage and personal growth. Becoming an active player will strengthen your sense of responsibility and help you realize that you can't control everything, nor should you.
🧗 Sport to choose: Rock climbing, especially on an indoor climbing wall. Overcome your fear of heights and emptiness while knowing you're securely held by a harness or instructor. It's a great way to build trust in yourself and others.

Questions to ask yourself to rethink your life goals. 🤔

Many of us sometimes feel like we're not living our own lives, and everything we do seems uninteresting and meaningless. How do you know if you're on the right path?

Who do I want to be?
Understanding that life is not endless helps you focus on what you want. You finally start living to the fullest and giving 100%, despite fears and prejudices. If you're doing something that goes against your values, or something you'll regret later, come up with a plan to change your life. Be patient and persistent, as changes take time.

Why do I need this?
Do you want your parents to be proud of your career, or was your life choice influenced by peer pressure? Is the life you lead yours or someone else's?
A few more questions:
Does my job bring me joy? Does it give my life meaning?
Do thoughts of work inspire me or upset me?
What do I want to gain from the outside world?
How do I want to feel?

How do I feel?
In a crazy world, people often forget about health for the sake of money and career. Ask yourself: do I consider myself a top priority? Start by optimizing your diet. You'll have more energy, become more productive, and improve your quality of life.

How do I want to be remembered?
If you assume that you won't be here tomorrow, what can you say about the life you've lived? Are you satisfied with it? I know the question seems strange and grim, but such reflections bring clarity to life and help focus on the benefit you can bring to people.
