Matter 1:
Sir,
The exam of Combined Graduate Level Exam(CGLE) is organised by Staff Selection Commission(SSC).
The 2019 cycle of this exam is still in process and the final result is still awaited and it's already 2022 coming. We understand that some of this delay is because of pandemic and almost everyone is suffering because of that in one or the other way. But sir the more horrific thing happened to the candidates of CGLE-2019.
Some unsuccessful candidates of Tier-2 of this exam filed a case in Central Administrative Tribunal(CAT) about some frivolous thing about normalisation formula.This we are saying frivolous because with same formula, which was devised by IIT Delhi, many exams have happened successfully and the results of the formula are satisfying for all except some unsuccessful ones.
They also appeared in High Court of Delhi and the honorable court put restraint on SSC for publishing the final result of CGLE-2019 vide its order W.P.(C) 11375/2021. Honourable High Court also advised the CAT to dispose the case as early as possible.
The last date for case was 30/11/2021 but now CAT has given the next date as 12/04/2022.
This new date has brought with itself an exceptional depression and trauma to the candidates of CGLE-2019 who have patiently pursued their hard work with perseverance and patience throughout the pandemic and already dealt with a lot of depression in the hope that there will be a ray of hope when final result will be declared. But sir the sun has set already for atleast 4.5 months and no one knows what will happen after that and now what candidates are able to see, after a lot of hard work and immense patience, is only an ocean of depression, trauma and hopelessness.
Sir, the future of CAT case is clear for almost all that it has the potential to just delay the process and nothing else beyond that and it can become reason of depression not only to the thousands of candidates but also to their families who are waiting for their son or daughter to become independent.
Sir, it's our sincere request to find a middle way so that final result of the CGLE-2019 is declared and thousands of candidates do not suffer, who are in their most energetic phase of life which is passing just in depression, because of some handful unsuccessful ones.

Subject – Final result of Combined Graduate Level Exam-2019.
Respected Sir/Ma’am,
Approximately 28000 CGL aspirants who participated in Document Verification of CGLE-2019 have been eagerly waiting for the final result of CGLE-2019.
As per SSC’s notification on 06.10.2021, the tentative date for the declaration of the result has been set as 15.02.2022.
However, it has come to our notice that due to an ongoing case in the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) (O.A. 925/2021) and the stay order on the results by the Delhi High Court (W.P.(C) 11375/2021) the final result of CGLE-2019 is in jeopardy. The next hearing date for the case in CAT has been set as 12.04.2022. It’ll be too late by then.
This environment of uncertainty is creating havoc in the minds of fellow aspirants. It’s already been a year since the Tier-2 and Tier-3 exams were organized in November 2020. This means we have already lost a year of the prime time of our life. Most of us of have dependent parents, siblings etc. We are incurring financial as well as emotional losses due to this unnecessary delay. Livelihoods of thousands are at stake.
Thus, we request you to take immediate notice of this matter.
Please release the results as soon as they are ready.
