Overview: Swisscontact is a Swiss non-profit organisation focused on private sector-led, sustainable economic development. Active in 130+ projects across 41 countries, it is headquartered in Zurich.

Main duties:
• overall coordination and management of the intervention under this expansion
• supervision and support of the work of all intervention experts (methodological and MHPSS)
• reporting to and coordination with the EdUP Team Leader
• coordination with VET institutions, local authorities, civil society organizations, and private sector partners
• support in organizing and facilitating project events and trainings

Requirements:
• university degree in project management, education, social sciences, or related fields
• experience in managing development projects, preferably in education or employment sectors of 7 years or more
• experience in high-pressure environments
• fluency in spoken and written English

Conditions:
•  place of work: Kyiv, with regular visits to the implementation regions (Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Lviv, Odesa, and Kyiv)
• contract duration: 2 years, starting in July 2025
• attractive working conditions in an international and multicultural context
