Requirements:
• Being Results-driven;
• Confident presentation skills alongside high levels of energy;

• Learning/adapting fast;
• Rational Thinking;
• Being accountable, consistent and responsible (radical ownership);
• Fluent English speaking, reading and writing (doesn’t need to be native language);
• At least 1-year experience working in art/content creation in online advertising.

Responsibilities:
• Create attention-grabbing ads for our ad accounts. We mainly work on Facebook, and we have high-quality product images;
• Design beautiful and highly-converting ads for our clients;
• Report to our Art Director on what you do consistently;
• Come up with good ideas and think with your own brain.
• Create image carousels ads starting from a marketing input.
• Work with a team of creators and find the best marketing angles for your creations.

Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction or Communication Design;
• Experience with conversation design tools, such as Omilia, Amilia, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson or other;
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies;
• Experience with user research and analysis, including conducting surveys and usability tests;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong knowledge with Genesys/Cisco/Asterisk or similar software.

Responsibilities:
• Create a natural and engaging dialogue flow that delivers a seamless user experience;
• Develop conversation designs for chatbots, voice assistants, and other conversational AI systems;
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of conversation designs into the overall user experience;
• Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points, and develop solutions to address them;

• Test, refine, and iterate conversation designs based on user feedback and analytics.
