iCog Anyone Can Code (iCog ACC) is a subsidiary of iCog Labs established with the aim of laying a framework for kids and young adults in Ethiopia where they will have the opportunity to be introduced to programming, computers, electronics, internet of things (IoT), and other emerging technologies at an early age.
We are looking for a Customer Support professional that can setup and install computer software for our clients door to door. Payment will be based on the number of installs/services.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Setting up a computer and installing software traveling to the clientβs place
Advise the client on how to utilize computers correctly
Offer technical support
Keep records of fixes during Installation for future reference
Report daily with the ACC team
Qualifications:
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Very good communication abilities
Highly professional and dependable
Proficient computer and internet skills
Amharic and English fluency.
Ability to work in team
Work on time and punctual
