One piece of advice for 16 years old self from a 60 years old man

"I probably say to my 16 years old self, you can either follow the path that you're already on, you will find that there is a lot of heartache, a lot of upset and a lot of pain or you can take your mother's advice and you can work really really hard get yourself a mortgage get yourself a house, work really really hard to pay your mortgage, get yourself a wife, have children, work really really hard to keep your house and your mortgage and your wife and your children, keep them in clothes, keep them fed, work really really hard for all of the time that there is and never ever give yourself time to think 'cause if you never have time to think the chances are you'll be happy but the moment you start thinking you've got problems."

I sympathize you if you are one of us..., the species whom we find surviving ourselves and defeating our own thoughts are our biggest victories,

I sympathize you if you are one of us.. the ones who sacrifice our happiness so we can help someone find theirs..,

I sympathize you if you are one of us..,
The ones who are still trying to heal from the things we don't speak about.

I sympathize you if the people u once thought were your tribe have suddenly became Porcupine quills to you,

However.., I hope you heal so you don't grow fond of your traumas,
I hope u heal so that u can have more stories to  tell other than where u were hurt and so u could build a personality aside from what u've been through,
I hope u heal so you don't end up becoming one of those people that lingers and hides inside their traumas and uses it as an excuse to whatever they become,
i hope you heal so you can see the world in the different shades that it has been colored, i hope u heal so u can stop taking a rain check on your happiness, and most importantly I hope you heal so u can give life a second chance... you most definitely owe that to yourself;
